To retain its natural beauty and appearance this wood is untreated and will age naturally. Should you wish to protect the wood, we would advise treating it with a food safe oil. 

To clean natural wood, please use a damp cloth and allow to dry naturally without heat. Do not immerse in water or place in the dishwasher at any time.
